The D Store orders generally ship within 5 business days after the sale is final. Occasionally, unforeseen shipping delays may occur. If you have not received a shipping notification after 5 business days, please feel free to contact us.
Welcome To The D will exchange and damaged, defective or incorrect items sent to you. In the case that you do not want your product, Welcome To The D will gladly take back the product within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The only piece you will be responsible for is shipping the item back. Please send an email toinfo@welcometothedstore.com to begin the process to exchange or return the product.

We ship one flat rate fee through USPS. It’s that simple
All items are shipped within 5 business days after you have completed your transaction. Occasionally, an unforeseen delay may occur, or you may receive a super speedy shipping notification. We’ll always notify you as soon as your product ships.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. On select promotional deals tracking may be unavailable, but you will still receive a shipping confirmation email.
Because our deals do not always ship out at the same time, we can’t always guarantee combined shipping.
